Shadow von Selig is a striking looking, extra large 18 month old German Shepherd. This big boy with classic black-and-tan markings and kind brown eyes is mid-to-high energy and wants nothing more than to play all day long. Shadow walks well on leash, although he periodically jumps when he is excited; a quick correction will remind him to keep all four on the floor – he responds quickly. Our kennel techs describe Shadow as a “ goofy cuddle bug” who still has some puppy habits but is eager to learn and please his person. With other dogs he is playful and enthusiastic (some dogs might misinterpret and react). Shadow’s favorite time of day is playgroup (remember recess when you were in grade school?). This happy guy is ready for fun when some of the other dogs invite him to play with them. He especially likes the easy-going dogs and he likes hanging out with his humans as well.
